Gypsy and Future Link

stunning and Moon is a beautiful girl
too. She is a performance type jennet.
Moon was dark brown at birth but under
that foal coat she is black so that is
most likely what color she will be at
maturity. Gypsy is of an old, old
bloodline and was born at a time when
registration and pedigree were not
recorded with the care they are now so
she has no known genetic background.
This is true of some of the best Cooke
jennets-Sterling Silver for one.
Although Benson Ranch prefers to know
all the lineage of their breeding
donkeys, they also believe that it is a
mistake to pass up a jennet like Gypsy,
who has proven her value again and
again. She is very important to Benson
Ranch's program and Moon should be a
great asset as a breeding jennet in a
wise breeding program as well. |
